Editorial Policies
Prospective authors are strongly advised to consult the “Author Guidelines” prior to submission to ensure their manuscripts conform to the journal’s style and specific policies.
All submissions to the Journal of Ovonic Research undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Prior to this, manuscripts are preliminarily screened for language quality (English), novelty, and relevance to the journal’s Focus and Scope.
Manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Ovonic Research are treated as confidential documents. They will only be accessible to individuals involved in the editorial process—including editorial staff, reviewers, and editors—who are responsible for initial evaluation, peer review, and preparation for publication (if accepted).
Submissions must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. In their cover letter, authors must explicitly affirm that the manuscript—or any substantial portion of it—has not been published nor is under review in any other form that may duplicate or compromise the originality of the work. Authors are also required to disclose any previous presentation of the submitted findings or data at conferences to the editorial office.
