Reviewer Eligibility Criteria

- Hold a PhD or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant discipline.
- Maintain an active academic affiliation with a recognized institution.
- Expertise & Publication Record
- Demonstrate proven experience in the filed of the submitted paper, evidenced by publications indexed in Scopus, ORCID, or equivalent databases.
- Possess specialized knowledge aligned with the manuscript’s subject matter.
- Conflict of Interest Avoidance
- No shared institutional affiliation with manuscript authors within the past 3 years.
- No collaborative projects, co-authorship, or financial ties to the submitted work.
- No personal relationships that could compromise objectivity.

Reviewer Responsibilities
As a reviewer, you play a pivotal role in safeguarding scholarly rigor. Key obligations include:
- Ethical Evaluation
- Adhere to COPE guidelines and maintain confidentiality regarding manuscript content, data, and authorship.
- Declare any potential conflicts of interest promptly to the editorial team.
- Timely & Constructive Feedback
- Submit comprehensive, evidence-based assessments within the agreed timeframe.
- Provide clear justifications for recommendations (accept/revise/reject) to guide editorial decisions.
- Scientific Vigilance
- Identify ethical concerns such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or authorship disputes.
- Verify methodological validity, reproducibility, and alignment with current research trends.
